    Entertainment One’s Family & Brands Division is now gearing up for the launch of its newest property, Ricky Zoom, a brand new animated pre-school TV series from the producers of PJ Masks.

    Position Summary

    As Senior Director, Global Brand Management, you will be the leader and strategist for the ongoing brand development and management, as well as the strategic UK marketing, of a growing portfolio of comedy TV series for eOne Family & Brands. Working with key production colleagues as well as strategic content and broadcast partners, you will set the long-term brand strategies for these series and ensure they reach their full potential in the global broadcast marketplace. 


    • Setting the long-term brand strategy for eOne Family & Brands TV comedy shows globally, in close conjunction with the SVP, Global Brand Management
    • Overseeing the content development and global brand management for these shows, in close conjunction with the SVP, Global Brand Management, strategic content and broadcasting partners, and key internal stakeholders
    • Working very closely with development and production teams to ensure that brand direction for new content / series / format requirements are communicated in a strategic and timely manner
    • Working closely with global content partners to ensure the brands are effectively positioned, supported and marketed
    • Ensuring the timely production of all required brand assets and ensuring that our global content partners and the wider teams fully understand strategic usage and are provided with the tools required to maximise content exposure, awareness and management
    • Delivering brand presentations & updates to the business at required times
    • Identifying, establishing and maintaining consumer marketing opportunities across eOne owned social and digital platforms
    • Working closely with Digital teams to analyse and inform digital strategies relating to creative brand content marketing
    • Working closely with Research team to monitor content performance
    • Working closely with Legal team on brand development and protection, ensuring all necessary international clearances are in place
    • Overseeing UK marketing activity (if required) for managed brands, including planning and management of UK marketing budgets and guiding global marketing strategies as required
    • Delivering strategic, creative and brand market / marketing exploration and analysis across competitive IPs as directed that will inform the creative development and product / portfolio strategies of new eOne Family & Brands IPs
    • Making recommendations to the eOne Family & Brands business on potential content strategies of new brands in development based on strategic competitor research

    Key Competencies

    • Significant senior experience in consumer brand marketing within the Family sector, leading strategy and establishing best practices and marketing / promotional partners
    • Strong business development and long-term planning skills
    • Diplomatic team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships
    • Exceptional market and competitive knowledge of family brands
    • Full understanding of the commercial relationship to marketing and key commercial milestones
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Developed skills at partnering with and influencing business clients at all levels and driving innovative ways of doing business
