    Position Summary

    As part of the Infrastructure Team located in Toronto, Ontario, the Cloud Administrator is a customer-focused problem solver.  Experienced in the administration of Office 365 and cloud technologies are a must have for this role as eOne continues to implement a “cloud-first” approach to systems and applications.  Understanding of administration and patching of cloud and on-premise systems in a hybrid model are key to success.  This is a role with definite opportunities to grow within eOne IT.

    Responsibilities

    Must-have Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of Office 365
      • Security
      • Office 365 Administration including Microsoft Office, Skype for Business, Teams, Power BI etc.
      • License Management and an understanding of Microsoft’s licensing models
      • Vendor management
    • Experience Administering Cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GSuite)
      • Experience migrating to a hybrid-cloud environment
      • Understanding of costing Azure services
      • Hands-on cloud security administration
      • Cloud environment administration and automation
      • Hosting and testing Disaster Recovery
    • IT Asset Management
      • Experience maintaining/managing an IT Asset Management system
    • Security
      • Investigate / coordinate response to security incidents such as phishing

     

    Preferred Skills

    • Office 365 administration
    • Cloud administration, specifically Azure, AWS and G-Suite
    • Strong grasp of security concepts, exposure to security tools
    • Windows Server / VM administration and patching

    Key Competencies

    Combination of University Degree / College Diploma and/or relevant work experience
