    Position Summary

    The HR Reporting & Data Analyst will perform a variety of analytic and technical work within the Total Rewards team. This role requires a passion for numbers and data analysis, with a flexible attitude to take on complex analysis. You will be heavily involved in HR projects in a rapidly growing and changing global environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Execution of files and analysis for fiscal salary budgeting for all divisions and business units, working closely with HRBP’s and Finance teams
    • Ongoing maintenance of global database of employees and tracking of all independent contractors
    • Key HR analyst in Distribution List and Active Directory projects; will ensure global HR adherence to needed data inputs in our files and HRIS to ensure success of these initiatives
    • Executing regular and ad-hoc HR reports globally for a variety of stakeholders. – e.g. headcount reports, turnover reporting, KPI reporting, vacation analysis, etc. (as required)
    • Development of HR analytic reports in support of projects across the organization.
    • Providing analytic support for the execution and administration of a variety of compensation policies and programs.
    • Ongoing analytic support for company projects; waterfall analysis completed monthly, calculations globally, etc.

    Key Competencies

    • 3-5 years of HR reporting experience
    • Must be analytical with a quantitative mindset
    • Must have problem-solving, project management and strategic thinking capability.
    • Must be highly proficient in Excel, along with other MS Office products.
    • Conducts research, analyzes information and data and presenting findings in a concise format
    • Understands and follows broad and complex instructions
    • Able to handle superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information
    • Knowledge of HR principles and practices
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
    • HR Analysis and dashboard creation also an asset
