Entertainment One’s Family & Brands Division is now gearing up for the launch of its newest property, Ricky Zoom, a brand new animated pre-school TV series from the producers of PJ Masks.

This Product Development Manager role will focus on the development and approval of product, as well as support & act as a local representative for live events & experiential activity. Key to the role is driving a consistent and efficient development process based on a strong understanding of the product category and the broader market. The manager will understand the need to balance commercial and creative needs striving to achieve the very best design whilst aware of commercial and pricing pressures. The role will work across eOne Family’s portfolio of successful brands, including Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom and on other emerging new brands in Australia & New Zealand.
Reporting into the SVP, ANZ, the role requires good cross category product development experience which will include manufacturing processes, retail and pricing architecture. The manager should be a true brand champion and have an interest in working on children’s brands. The role requires a good balance of commercial and creative awareness gained from previous relevant experience and a genuine passion for the role.
The manager will work under the direction of both the SVP as well as collaboration with the ANZ team, to deliver the goals set by the commercial teams. An ability to communicate well with internal and external key stakeholders is essential, along with a pro-active approach to driving excellence in developing product ranges.
