    Position Summary

    Coordinating all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept art to production and style level performance across multiple categories for the LATAM region.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and keep a good knowledge of eOne properties and creative assets.
    • Focus on undertaking Management of Product Development for Latin America territories across both Hard line and soft Line Product Development and Daily Approval Process.
    • Give creative directions/assets and feedback to licensees/agents on both 2D and 3D product submissions to ensure brand values and product quality are kept.
    • Develop and keep successful working relationships with internal/external stakeholders and manage studio/third party input where applicable.
    • Feedback artwork requirements for assigned categories to Senior Product Development Manager - LATAM so they can be incorporated into seasonal and core style guide updates.
    • Share Best Practices with all PD department and keep tools updated
    • Ensure approvals correspondence and imagery is logically stored and accessible.
    • Be aligned with all eOne LATAM team: PD, Commercial, Legal, Marketing & Finance
    • Work with Senior Product Development Manager – LATAM, commercial, marketing, and legal team, territory agents and licensees to:
      • maintain market knowledge of products falling within assigned categories;
      • plan ranges, gain an understanding of product requirements and retail environment;
      • address issues affecting the development process;
      • ensure that all licensed articles go into development in line with terms outlined in contracts;
      • improve the relationship in specific countries from LATAM, being the main interface between agents and licensees from eOne;
      • generate monthly and quarterly reports on product submissions, categories, and performance
      • have weekly and monthly calls with agents and licensees
      • research key product and retail trends to maximise merchandising opportunities for current and new properties.
      • be consistent on process keeping ambitious standards despite pressing deadlines, improving where necessary and testing new/ innovative methods and ideas
      • reinforce excellence as a fundamental priority.

    Key Competencies

    Essential:

    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) and fluent in English
    • Experience in product development lifecycle, including general knowledge of manufacturing process and how they apply to products
    • Ability to identify and solve design/concept problems
    • Hands-on, creative and willing to improve
    • Organisational and analytical skills
    • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office

    Desirable:

    • Advanced Spanish (written and verbal)
    • Experience in working on Pre-school licensed brand product
    • Experience working with/in Latin America
    • Advanced Excel
