Whizz Kid Entertainment - an Entertainment One Company
Based at our offices in West End, the Corporate Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting at Whizz Kid Entertainment. They will consolidate production and corporate entities to produce month-end accrual based financial statements and other ad hoc financial reporting requirements. They will work closely with the Finance Director and Finance Controller to produce financial updates and assist with budgets and forecasts the wider eOne division based in Toronto and the eOne Group Finance team in London. On an ongoing basis, they will work to improve the consolidation process at Whizz Kid Entertainment to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the reporting process across the business and assist with cashflow and ad hoc forecasting for senior management at Whizz Kid. The incumbent shall aide the Director, Finance in establishing and implementing financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems. They will provide guidance and technical support to a management accountant responsible for the accounts payable process and some reporting areas.
This is a part-time role reporting to the Finance Director, eOne LA TV Group and Whizz Kid Entertainment UK.
