    Position Summary

    The Team Assistant, International Marketing role will focus on pro-actively supporting and assisting the VP International Marketing and their team, undertaking general marketing tasks as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the day to day running of the marketing department as directed by line manager. 
    • Assist with a wide variety of day to day brand / marketing tasks across multiple marketing functions such as research, calendar maintenance, assets, artwork, presentation decks, stock maintenance, as directed.
    • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, across a variety of marketing functions, e.g., diaries, invoices, POs, tracking, competition fulfilment, shipping, events, social media and so on.
    • Assist the team to hit tight deadlines.
    • General administrative tasks as required.

    Key Competencies

    • Previous experience of working within a marketing team within the entertainment/licensing industry
    • Proactive approach with ability to seek out new opportunities and help build strong relationships internally and externally
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Excellent PowerPoint/Presentation skills
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Ability to multitask and hit tight deadlines
    • Team player and muck in approach
    • Demonstrated interest in marketing and family brands
