    Position Summary

    This role will be responsible for driving content sales across traditional linear broadcast, non-linear, and digital platforms, as well as develop format sales and co-production opportunities with local broadcasters and producers.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead TV sales of International TV & Film Catalogue in North Asia and South East Asia, supporting the team in achieving and exceeding distribution sales targets across all media; allocate resources effectively to maximise efficiency and profitability
    • Monitor the local content distribution market, maintain close relationships with existing clients while generating new customer base.
    • Evaluate scripted and non-scripted Television programming and assess their potential value for format sales and co-production opportunities in local and Pan Regional markets.
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, assess, formulate and execute sales strategy to boost sales performance.
    • Work closely with International business partners on core financing projects, production, pre-sales etc
    • Communicate regularly with EVP Sales to prepare sales forecasts, report and review performance
    • Create and prepare relevant market analysis reports and provide regular updates on territory trends and developments

    Key Competencies

    • Proven experience in TV Sales and/or media industry with good client network base.
    • Strategic and proactive thinker about the industry with an eye for future trends in the territory content, relevant platforms and a good understanding on budgeting and financing models.
    • Demonstrable track record of success in program sales in the Asia content market; be adept at devising, pitching and securing new and continue existing business opportunities
    • Proactive and good team player, Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills; strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen; Results-oriented and strong execution
