    Position Summary

    Leading international sales company (Atomic Blonde, I, Tonya, Molly’s Game, Manchester-By-The-Sea, Hell Or High Water, Spotlight, Whiplash, Nightcrawler, Drive) is seeking an assistant for the SVP of International Sales.

     

    The ideal candidate is eager, extremely organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. You must have an interest in growing in the international sales space. There is potential for travel to international film festivals and markets. Speaking other languages is a plus, but not a requirement.

    Responsibilities

    • Heavy scheduling  
    • Answering and rolling calls
    • Filing expense reports and arranging travel
    • Writing coverage and managing submissions
    • Maintaining databases
    • Set up for international markets and festivals (scheduling, prep documents etc.)
    • Compiling lists of comparative films and pulling international numbers
    • Preparing territory availabilities
