    Position Summary

    A critical role within the Digital team that supports the Senior Marketing Manager with the operational and strategic marketing for all new release and catalogue campaigns across Film and TV.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide support on executing innovative, nimble and effective marketing campaigns for new release titles, including creative positioning, media planning and buying, PR campaign and briefing/managing agencies.
    • Deliver all creative, artwork and supporting marketing materials, to all Digital platforms in a timely fashion and work with creative agency in ensuring they are created to spec, budget and time.
    • Manage all marketing approvals with Digital platforms.
    • Run the avails master spreadsheet – be across all date changes from Theatrical.
    • Send out individual avails (generic and/or bespoke as required) to platforms on a weekly basis, highlighting any amendments and additions made from previous version
    • Do Go Live checks with all platforms the week before releases. If there are any issues, report back to Ops/Sales/Marketing teams and make sure missing elements are supplied/corrected
    • Update the Master metadata tracker, and corresponding platform metadata templates. Send out to all platforms ahead of every film release.
      Work closely with Marketing Assistant on all campaign and operational marketing matters.

    Secondary Responsibilities:

    • Work with Marketing Assistant in running title pages/ accounts across all social channels for every Film and TV release, including organic strategy and community management and lead on asset creation, including creating in-house assets, AV and static.
    • Work alongside social agencies in supplying assets and be across all paid social campaigns from briefing to execution.
    • Work with Marketing Assistant in running all corporate social accounts across FB, Instagram and Twitter.
    • Manage & run the corporate YouTube Channel, including regularly updates to asset launches and promotional rails.
    • Maintain a Digital catalogue so Sales team have accurate database profiling current and library titles with additional synopsis/key art support data.
    • Assist in supplying media assets to media owners in a timely fashion for paid media campaigns.

    Key Competencies

    • Min 2 years’ experience of working in a studio or independent film distributor, ideally in the Digital/ New Media department
    • Some understanding and experience of media planning and buying preferred
    • Strong familiarity with Digital landscape in Film and TV
    • Enthusiasm, stamina, initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
    • The ability to get on with a wide range of people
    • Willingness to accept direction
    • Problem-solving skills
    • The ability to work under pressure
    • Passion for Film, TV and cinema
    • A knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and/or Premiere Pro is desirable
