    Position Summary

    This role’s key responsibility will entail provision of support for the US based Features department and Family businesses as well as providing cover for the AP Manager where necessary. Support may also be required for the UK Film business.

    Responsibilities

    • Receipt, distribution & logging of purchase invoices for Features and Family
    • Update of divisional schedules (outstanding lists) listing invoices received and returned
    • Invoice scanning & indexing
    • Invoice matching to purchase orders and subsequent processing
    • Creation of new vendors in Navision and update of details for review and authorisation
    • Receipt, checking and reconciliation of monthly supplier statements
    • All filing and maintenance of filing system including archiving
    • Answering specific internal & external supplier enquiries
    • Ad hoc assistance as required including providing cover for absent members
    • Specific cover for AP Manager where necessary including decision making and reporting
    • Assistance with month end duties as required to meet UK Film and Group Finance deadlines
    • Creation of payments in Barclays in line with stated policy and preparation of payment journals
