    Position Summary

    The role will focus on assisting the UK Licensing Family & Brands team.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the efficient running of the team (across Consumer Products, retail marketing functions) by managing day-to-day administrative needs and resources including diaries, invoices, expenses, Purchase Orders, travel & visas
    • Initial point of contact on all general UK licensing enquiries (internal and external) and direct/continual liaison with licensees
    • Event management
    • Support the team in a variety of tasks such as, updating and distributing brand status reports product & licensee lists, maintain contracts tracking system, deal administration and distribution of samples
    • Provide ad hoc support on various retail / commercial projects.
    • Assist the team to hit tight deadlines.
