    Position Summary

    Working within the Technical Operations team, co-ordinating International & UK delivery for the Family & Brands Division.

    Responsible for receipt, storing, and QC of programming materials from all Licensors and Producers for all Family branded content. Managing the delivery of elements to eOne’s partners, within set agreement parameters and terms, including sourcing dubbing quotes and working with dubbing facilities, as well as providing a broad range of support to the Servicing Team.


    Inbound/Outbound Delivery 

    • Procure materials from Producers, Content owners and Production departments. Including masters, music cue sheets, series artwork and episodic stills and all other support and marketing materials.
    •  Ensure all video materials are properly QC’d, tracked and stored without lab.
    • Process material orders and service material needs of clients (broadcasters/platforms) - working with appropriate internal departments.
    • Working with the Finance department informing them when material has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
    • Upload all music, cue sheets, scripts, title listings, promotional stills, marketing material, website elements onto the various eOne File Sharing/Digital Asset Management systems, managing access to Licensees.
    • Maintain programme materials on internal servers and provide departments with updates when new materials are delivered.
    •  Ensuring all archived materials are correctly stored; organising and tidying directories where necessary.
    •  Provide technical support for any promotional DVD creation.
    •  Manage the creation of Family & Brand screeners on behalf of the marketing and sales teams.
    • Provide technical support for any submissions to Award entries and Trade Shows.
    • Provide technical support and materials for any clip creation to be used for marketing purposes.

    Foreign Language Dubbing - International

    • Co-ordinate production of foreign language dubs, liaising with dubbing houses, sourcing quotes and over-seeing delivery to clients/One within specified timelines, ensuring all work is invoiced accordingly.
    •  Co-ordinate the sourcing of voice actors with external clients and internally with the Brand/Marketing Team and Head of International Sales.
    • Provide the Sales and Legal departments with all key contacts and information in order for contracts to be completed for either dubbing creation or access.

    Other duties

    • Providing additional support to the shared servicing team, when required, for Theatrical, Home Entertainment, and Digital tasks.

    Key Competencies

    • Good technical knowledge of all delivery formats, digital, physical video & audio.
    • Someone with a good technical understanding for International delivery, re-versioning & dubbing. 
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Flexible with the ability to multitask.
    • A confident communicator.
    • Ability to work in a team and use individual initiative when necessary.
