    Position Summary

    Working with the Talent Acquisition Managers across Canada, US and the UK, you will be responsible for coordinating with remote and/or local candidates throughout the full cycle recruitment process.  You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative culture. 

    Responsibilities

    • Create Job descriptions and coordinate posting job ads on sites and social media platforms 
    • Conduct high volume screening resumes 
    • Perform phone screen interviews to assess suitability based on competency criteria, while providing an excellent initial candidate experience for entry level roles
    • Maintain excellent records throughout all stages of the recruitment process 
    • Coordinate in-person interviews with candidates and internal hiring team (book rooms, send invites/confirmations and instructions).
    • Manage the Global Recruitment Report
    • Supports other recruitment projects and initiatives as required 
    • Schedules university and school events including logistics 
    • Manages the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all data is accurately entered and kept up to date 
    • Tracks all referrals received and escalates for review; Responsible for ongoing communication to employees to elevate referral participation
    • Conduct reference checks using 3rd party application and background checks
    • Prepare, Send, Organize Maintain offer letters to new Employees 
    • Manage the Onboarding process for new hires
    • Join company at conferences and events to recruit talent. 

    Key Competencies

    • 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is preferred 
    • University degree in HR or related field 
    • Previous administrative experience 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
    • Problem solver, flexible, high energy and a positive attitude 
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems and social media is preferred 
    • Manage tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong follow-up and follow through 
    • Strong motivation to learn and solid team player
