    Position Summary

    This position will support the Head of Physical Production on film, TV, and digital platform projects from pre-green-light through production and delivery. Fantastic opportunity to get on the ground floor of an emerging company with a full slate and awesome team!


    • Answering phones, rolling calls
    • Organizing schedule and travel for the Head of Production
    • Managing database of projects
    • Organizing scripts, budgets, and the workflow and communication between BA and creative groups, as well as liaison between creatives, finance, and executives within the production & post production departments.

    Key Competencies

    • Knowledge of physical production, shooting schedules, and budgets a plus. Tax incentive applications and production logistics ideal.
    • Well organized, with strict attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
    • A great deal of initiative and ability to work well under pressure
    • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast pace, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
