    Position Summary

    As the HRIS Coordinator at eOne, you will support the implementation of a Global HRIS system.  You will participate as a primary member of the implementation project team, assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system workflows, report writing, building/analyzing data flows, assist in training and provide support throughout the implementation process.


    • Participate as a primary member of the implementation project team, attending planning meetings, providing feedback, suggestions, and provide support to Project Lead and Project Manager
    • Assist in maintaining project deadlines, following up and providing support to functional teams
    • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate data transfer, system configuration, build data tables
    • Input, review, and format human resources data for entry into the HRIS system
    • Document process, progress, results, fixes
    • Researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
    • Assist in making recommendations for process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
    • Assist in writing and building a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools and guidance from subject matter experts
    • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity of transferred data in system by running queries and analyzing data
    • Assist in developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
    • Help train clients on new processes/functionality
    • Focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques
    • Participate in user group meetings/conferences, assist in surveying



    Key Competencies

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Three to five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience preferred
    • Three to five years of experience with data analysis related work
    • Prior experience with HRIS implementations, Ultimate Software preferred
    • Analytical Skills: working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to analyze it for errors, gaps, incorrectly translated data
    • Communication Skills: present findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. Write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas
    • Critical Thinking: look at the numbers and data and evaluate best practices for transfer and ongoing maintenance/reporting. 
    • Confidentiality and ability to work with and maintain sensitive data
    • Exceptional attention to detail, vigilance in analysis to come to correct conclusions.  At all times, strict standards for data integrity must be upheld.
    • Math Skills, ability to estimate numerical data
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel aptitude: experience using formulas (i.e. vlookup, pivot tables, If statements), comparative tools, filtering, tables, summarizing large amounts of data, error auditing
    • Proven Ability to be extremely organized, deadline oriented, and have time management, multitasking skills
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Occasional flexibility of work hours to meet/deal with global project team partners
    • Little to no travel required
