    Position Summary

    This role will support the Senior Marketing Manager - EMEA with the implementation and roll out of marketing plans and strategies for eOne Family and Brands across EMEA. The role will focus on developing and executing brand marketing initiatives for assigned brands and will also manage specific markets, ensuring that consumer and brand activity communications are co-ordinated to a high standard. In addition, the role will focus on ensuring the creative development, brand planning, marketing, approvals, and general marketing activations are completed and delivered as required and to a high standard.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Co-ordinator in the development, implementation and planning of clear marketing plans and activations across EMEA. 
    • With the support of the Director, Marketing EMEA, responsible for managing on day to day basis EMEA Marketing activities across allocated countries.
    • Work with Director, Marketing EMEA to ensure marketing calendars and planners are maintained and updated and implement activities to tie in with brand, broadcast and licensing across key times of the year, to maximise on opportunities.
    • Brief, create and disseminate brand and marketing assets and materials for all channels as required.
    • Develop and localise asset packs for EMEA partners and communicate, implement and manage consumer brand campaigns as directed by Director, Marketing EMEA.
    • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the brand templates and standards as set out by Global Brand Teams.
    • Work with PR, Digital and Creative Agencies to maximise brand exposure, book and manage consumer advertising as required and communicate digital and social media messaging monitoring and approving rolling monthly calendars. 
    • Work closely with current brand charity partnerships and identify new charities where relevant to support the growth, awareness and affinity of eOne Brands across EMEA.
    • Work closely with the character costume licensee on relevant consumer marketing campaigns.
    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, supporting the planning, development and creation of marketing materials and execute campaigns.
    • Undertake competitive marketing research regularly and work closely with research team to identify new opportunities and present findings to the wider EMEA team.
    • Communicate regularly to the wider team on brand plans, creative updates and marketing initiatives, sharing and championing best practise
    • Support Director, Marketing EMEA with budget process and ensure day to day processing of PO’s, invoices logging, and tracking is taking place.  
    • Ensure day to day marketing enquiries are being actioned as required and to the highest standard.
    • Manage, support and create clear guidance for co-ordinator with the support of the Director, Marketing EMEA.

     

    Key Competencies

    • Previous marketing experience within a busy marketing team essential
    • Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
    • Ability to communicate well and get things done in a pro-active manner.
    • Strong project manager, with ability to juggle several priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Resourceful with the ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to stay ‘cool’ when the pressure is on.
