    Position Summary

    Position:             Corporate Communications Specialist


    Reporting to:     SVP, Corporate Communications


    Location:            Los Angeles



    The Corporate Communications Specialist is a cross-functional role charged with supporting eOne’s global communications and publicity efforts.



    • Champion, manage and execute corporate marketing materials including key fact sheets, capability brochures, showcase reels, ads and promotional items
    • With a focus on film, television and digital, support the crafting, routing and approval of press releases
    • Management of sponsorship administration on a global basis
    • Gather and disseminate daily media monitoring reports
    • Manage delivery of assets and materials for annual report
    • Support event preparation including marketing asset creation on a global basis
    • Create and manage regional meeting deck presentations
    • Support corporate integrations and onboarding by managing the creation and delivery of branded materials
    • Support corporate website and intranet activities
    • Spearhead CSR initiatives across key territories
    • Coordinate publicity requests
    • Additional related duties as required

    Key Competencies

    • Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • 3-5 years of experience within the film, TV or music industries




    • Strong internal and external communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Keen eye for creative design
    • Strong knowledge and interest in media sector
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Familiarity and competence with MS Office suite of products
    • Strong attention to detail
    • High level of initiative
    • Proactive and flexible approach to work
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Ability to work under pressure
