    Position Summary

    Intern, Business & Legal Affairs

     

    In this contract role, you will be the dedicated resource working on a special project. Reporting to the SVP, Business & Legal Affairs, and the SVP, Global Operations, you will work on reporting, data gathering, data entry, consent solicitation and tracking. Attention to detail is key in this role, and your work will be seen across senior leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Pull and organize large volumes of information in respect of film titles
    • Review contracts and input data on provisions relating to the existing titles
    • Review and check previous data, complete missing information, and create master tracking resources
    • Manage and execute correspondence, and tracking of responses
    • Ability to be client facing, follow up on data, and reply correspondence as required
    • Create and manage master Excel tracking documents
    • Other duties as required

    Key Competencies

    • Completed or working towards a Bachelor’s degree
    • 1+ years of operations or legal experience is preferred
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret legal contracts
    • Strong attention to detail, organized, and professional
    • Intermediate Excel experience required, able to work with large data sets
    • Experience working in a fast‐paced environment, with a sense of urgency
