Position Summary

As Director, Licensing – EMEA, you will be responsible for the sales development and management of consumer product lines across all categories for all Entertainment One’s Family Brands in designated territories.


  • Management of market specific licensing programme in-line with overarching company brand strategies
  • Working with the International Licensing team to create regional strategy aimed at maximising brand & retail exposure
  • Negotiating and securing new licensing and licensed promotions partners, forging retail partnerships and, where no agent is in place in a territory, managing the licensing programme directly.
  • Coordinate with agents/ local retail/ marketing team to develop marketing strategies and product releases.
  • Work with senior management team in business forecasting and budget analysis. Develop business models for the development, sales and marketing of International Licensing’s products across the designated territories.
  • Communicate routinely and effectively with the wider eOne Family & licensing departments (product development, marketing, content sales, regional licensing teams) and key clients such as broadcasters

Key Competencies

  • Strong international experience within licensing and brand management
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with international clients
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiating skills
  • An engaging presenter with first-rate communication skills
  • Previous management experience required
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue goals in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Media / broadcast experience or knowledge advantageous
  • Additional languages extremely advantageous but not essential
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills
