Position Summary

The role will focus on providing creative and administrative support to the Product Development team.



  • Coordinate PD team administration tasks as required including invoices, diary management and travel organisation
  • Contribute to the relevant PD team planning sessions
  • Coordinate a wide variety of day-to-day Product Development tasks such as asset management, distribution of samples, maintenance of the stock cupboard, processing contract information and organising display areas
  • Point of contact for licensees and internal commercial on PD matters
  • Assist the team on adhoc projects such as competitor research, image manipulation and managing product approvals
  • Assist the team to hit tight deadlines.

Key Competencies


  • Proven experience of supporting a Creative team, preferably within the Entertainment/Licensing industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. 
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and hit tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
  • Strong interest in the Product Development/Licensing industry
  • A passion for product and Children’s brands
