Position Summary

The role will focus on assisting the VP, Licensing, and their team, undertaking general administrative tasks as assigned.



  • Facilitate the efficient running of the licensing team by managing day-to-day administrative needs and resources including diaries, invoices, expenses, POs and travel/visas
  • Support the licensing team in a variety of tasks such as, updating and distributing status reports and licensee lists, maintaining the contracts tracking system, deal administration and distribution of samples
  • Provide ad hoc support on various marketing projects.
  • Assist the team to hit tight deadlines.
