    Position Summary

    As a Licensing Manager you will be responsible for sales development and management of consumer product lines across all categories for all Entertainment One brands and key support function for designated territories within the LATAM region. Reporting to VP Licensing LATAM and working with the International Licensing team to create a coordinated regional strategy, maintaining/ maximizing brand presence and sell-in/sell-through. Being fluent in Spanish is essential for this role.



    • Management of market specific licensing programme in-line with overarching company brand strategies
    • Develop and manage publishing, merchandising, interactive, licensing and licensed promotions partnerships, retail, driving on-going sales and marketing efforts within designated territories, to hit revenue targets and increase brand awareness.
    • Direct licensing agents in negotiating and securing new licensing and licensed promotions partners and forging retail partnerships and, where no agent is in place in a territory, directly develop and manage the licensing programme.
    • Coordinate with agents/ local retail/ marketing team to develop marketing strategies and product releases with partners in order to take advantage of brand strength and regional trends, developing distribution channels for the purpose of maximizing sell-in and sell-through of products.
    • Conduct regular brand presentations for existing and new properties to existing and potential licensees
    • Assist International Licensing’s senior team in business forecasting, budget analysis as well as policy and strategy formulation. Conduct financial analysis, evaluate potential partnerships and develop business models for the production, sales and marketing of International Licensing’s products across the designated territories.
    • Work with key regional partners to establish transparent and efficient processes in the designated territories.
    • Communicate routinely and effectively with the wider eOne Family departments (product development, marketing, content sales, regional licensing teams) and key clients such as broadcasters


    Key Competencies

    • Licensing Manager with strong experience of licensing industry with an international focus and brand management background.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish
    • Licensing experience within Mexico and knowledge of the Mexican retail landscape is desirable
    • Ability to develop strong working relationships with international clients and cross-cultural awareness.
    • Highly developed negotiating skills
    • Strong business development, people management and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to achieve revenue goals in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Media / broadcast experience or knowledge advantageous
    • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills
