Position Summary

eOne is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and versatile PMO Analyst to support Project Management Office in IT, Business Solutions Team.  PMO Analyst will have the accountability around reporting, analytics and administrative tasks to support the PMO office and IT team.  The PMO Analyst will have knowledge on Project Management Methodologies and will provide support in ensuring centralization and standardization of processes and improving overall project efficiency. 


  • Produces or assists with standard daily / weekly / monthly reports
  • Proactive participant in the maintenance of PMO project data.
  • Works with Director and project managers to ensure timely update of required deliverables including weekly updates, project schedule
  • Assists with Resource Management planning
  • Assists with the tracking of statuses/progress, and flags areas of concern within portfolios, programs and projects under the PMO.
  • Follow-up on action items from regularly scheduled PMO meetings.
  • Follow-up with action item owners will be as frequent as required between PMO meetings to ensure completion of action items or posting of an acceptable update.
  • Compiles IT PMO metrics as defined.
  • Works with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
  • Is an active member of the PMO, contributing to the creation, further development and adherence of a project methodology
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • Solid computer skill, intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Word skills, and experience creating presentations.
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience is required.
