Position Summary

We are now looking to grow our Family team by recruiting a Sales Coordinator reporting to the Head of International Sales. The Central London based role will focus on providing essential administrative support to the Head of International Sales as well as provide additional administrative support to the Sales Team based in London and in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of International Sales but also providing administrative support for internal and external meetings and participation to Markets for the Sales Team
  • Booking flights, taxis, accommodation for the Sales Team
  • Managing the Agenda of the Head of International Sales
  • Managing and processing personal expenses for the Head of International Sales
  • Coordinating the contracting process, including drafting internal paperwork for deal processing as required by the Sales Team
  • Maintaining  and updating databases with contracts and monitor the expiring of rights to keep the Sales Team updated
  • Gathering broadcast schedules and ratings from Broadcast partners to share internally
  • Checking on a regular basis partners websites (presence of our Brands vs competitors) 
  • Helping to keep track of the marketing activities arranged for the broadcast partners /digital platforms by liaising with the International Marketing Team
  • Making research on potential new partners as required by the Sales Team
  • Ensuring the budgets and forecasts are kept up to date by liaising with the Sales Team.
  • Liaise with the Technical Department as required by the Sales Team for deliveries of broadcast materials
  • Monitoring payment status/outstanding payments and brief the Sales Team

Key Competencies

  • Previous experience in an International TV and Digital Sales environment

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

  • Team player

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated

  • Additional language an advantage but not essential
