Situated within the eOne Family team in London, the position plays a key role in the growth of a multi-faceted and successful family entertainment business.
The successful candidate will join a division of 100+, lead and grow a team of 14+, and strategically oversee eOne Family’s operational Marketing function across EMEA, ASIA and LAT AM territories, trade and live events, working closely with the Head of Global Brand & Marketing, as well as other brand, marketing and commercial Heads.
The successful candidate will have significant marketing experience across a portfolio of family brands within the licensing industry and be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the competitive landscape across multiple territories as well as a proactive approach to brand, marketing and commercial requirements plus a full understanding of the relationship between commercial and marketing / brand. They will bring fresh ideas to the business and be able to proactively analyse and revise strategies relevant to growth and change, localising brand plans to suit individual region requirements. They will have experience of leading and growing a multi-faceted team and be able to motivate team members at all levels, stimulating new ideas and passion throughout the team. They will need to be a strong, collaborative team player at all times and demonstrate flair and originality.
